Creating Dark-green Type of Eco-city: Conceptual Overall Planning for the Caofeidian International Eco-city in Tangshan

介绍唐山曹妃甸国际生态城一期30km2的可持续发展战略规划和物质空间概念性总体规划成果,并介绍该概念性总体规划的整合土地利用、交通、绿化和水景规划,整合的能源、垃圾和水资源的资源管理模式等主要特色,以及SWECO为曹妃甸制定的可持续发展指导原则和生态城指标体系。

This paper shows us the results of a strategic planning for sustainable development of the Caofeidian In-ernatinnal Eco-city＇s phase I project in area of 30 km^2, and gives introduction to the main features of its conceptual overall planning for substantial space, which includes integrated planning for land use, transportation, greening and waterscape as welt as the management pattern of integrated energy resources, water resources and rubbish. It also presents an instructive principle on the sustainable development of Caofeidian and target system for eco-city from SWECO.
