Combining with residential behavior, the designer intends to create a rich experience of residential building and the design idea of unique neighborhood space in planning and design for large residential district located in outskirts. Taking Wanke City Scenery project as example, this paper makes detailed analysis of the planning logic and ingenuity in individual design.
