中国与东南亚安全关系评述

A Security Assessment on China with Southeast Asia

冷战结束以来，中国与东南亚国家的安全关系取得了显著进展，一些矛盾与问题也依然存在。明确和谐共处、共同安全的战略目标，把握住互信、互利、平等协作的原则，坚持运用加强对话、深化合作、弥合分歧的措施，就有望在中国与东南亚之间消除消极因素、巩固成果，推动双方关系朝着全面合作的方向发展。

After the end of the Cold War,security relations between China and countries in Southeast Asia have made marked progress,but at the same time there still remain some contradictions and problems.If the strategic goal of coexistence in harmony and common security can clearly be defined,principles of mutual confidence,mutual benefit and cooperation on an equal footing can be realized and methods for increasing dialogue,deepening cooperation and closing their rifts can be adhered to and employed,it is hopeful that negative elements between China and Southeast Asian countries will be eliminated and bilateral relation between them will be pushed forward to an overall cooperative direction.
