摘要
为了获得用隧道式干燥机干燥银杏叶的最佳工艺参数,以隧道长度和风速为实验因素,以干制银杏叶中的黄酮含量为指标,通过双因素实验,研究了隧道长度和风速对银杏叶干燥的影响。研究表明:隧道长度和风速对银杏叶中的黄酮含量都有显著的影响,最佳参数组合为隧道长度3.32m、风速1.56m/s,其银杏叶中黄酮含量为3.045%;随着隧道长度和风速的增加,黄酮含量都先升高后降低,呈抛物线形状。
In order to obtain gingko leaf's best drying parameters with the tunnel-type dryer, this article studies the influences of tunnel length and wind speed on the drying of gingko leaf in the tunnel-type dryer through the double factors experiment, taking the tunnel length and wind speed as the experimental factors, and taking the flavanone content of gingko leaf as the target. The research indicated: The influences of tunnel length and wind speed on the flavanone content of gingko leaf in the tunnel-type dryer are remarkable. The optimum parameters combination is: tunnel length 3.32 m, wind speed 1.56 m/s, and the flavanone content of gingko leaf is 3.045%. Along with tunnel length and wind speed increasing, the flavanone content increases gradually firstly and then drops gradually, showing a parabolic shape.
