六月霜提取液中有效物质对小鼠体内抑菌作用的研究

Study on the antibacterial effect of extracting solution from June frost in mice

以水浸提法提取六月霜中的活性成分,以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作为指示菌种,对小白鼠进行体内抑菌实验。结果表明,六月霜水提取液对小鼠体内具有明显抑菌作用,其中尤以高浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌实验组和高浓度的大肠杆菌实验组效果最佳(p<0.01),并且对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果比金黄色葡萄球菌要好。

Antimicrobial effect of extracting solution from June frost with water distilled was tested, the Staphylococcus aureus and 15scherichia coli carried on the mice. As a result, extracting solution from June frost has the obvious action on the mice, among them the groups of high concentration in the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli have the best antimicrobial effect （p〈0.01）. At the same time, the antimicrobial effect on the Escherichia coli is better than the Staphylococcus aureus.
