摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,Span60为乳化剂,大豆油为油相,采用反相微乳合成淀粉微球,选择淀粉浓度、油水相之比、乳化剂用量和交联剂用量4个因素为考察对象,对淀粉微球的制备条件进行优化,淀粉微球制备的最佳条件为:淀粉浓度为25%、油水相之比为5∶1、乳化剂用量为0.9g和交联剂用量为0.20mL,制得的淀粉微球的平均粒径为15.51μm。
The neutral starch microspheres were synthesized from rice starch by counter suspension crosslinking polymerization with epichlorohydrin as the crosslinking agent, Span 60 as the emulsifying agent and the mixture of Soya bean oil as the organic phase. With the concentration of corn starch organic phase and aqueous phase, the quantity of emulsifying agent and cross-linking agent chosen as considering parameters, the preparation conditions were optimized. Its best conditions were: the concentration of starch is 25%, ratio of organic phase and aqueous phase is 5:1, the quantity of emulsifying agent is 0.9 g and crosslinking agent is 0.20 mL. Its average size is 15.51 μm.
