外资并购的对策分析——基于产业安全的视角

The Analysis of Countermeasures of Foreign Capital M&A——Based on the Perspective of Industry Security

进入21世纪以来,随着经济全球化的不断推进,在华外资并购越来越多,且呈现出了新的特点,随之引发了国内关于外资并购的大讨论,外资并购与国家产业安全问题也愈发引起广泛的关注。在分析当前外资并购新特点所产生问题的基础上,基于产业安全的视角,进行了有针对性地对策分析,从而有助于维护我国的产业安全。

In the 21st century, with the continuous advance of economic globalization, foreign capital mergers and acquisitions in China have increased and shown some new features, and then also led to the domestic discussion of foreign investment, and people attend the problem of M＆A and industry security much more. Based on the analysis of the current new features of foreign M＆A, this article gives some countermeasures corresponding to the problems caused by foreign M＆A from the perspective of the security of industry.
