摘要
在足球职业化推进的过程中,由于意识形态的依附,管理层对权力的掌控带来市场机制不完善,市场主体为追求商业利益引发失范行为和道德问题,管理混乱导致赛事水平不高,使职业足球处于认同危机。因此,树立联赛文化价值观,完善相关制度,同时引导传媒对主流价值观的宣传,来重塑职业足球的认同。
During the process of the current professional football reform, the football industry confronts a very serious identity crisis. Because of the original ideology's attachment, the authority controls the direction of reform, which causes the market mechanism not work; the entrepreneur chase business profit result in the flooding of utilitarian and lose ethics. Lacking of management, the level of game is not high. Therefore, we should set up the new values for league tournament, improve the level of the game through establish the rule of management, guides to the media to propaganda the mainstream values, then reestablishment of identity mechanism.
