摘要
目的:应用生化指标对中国国家散打队运动员2006年冬训进行训练监控,保障科学化训练的进行。方法:以国家散打队22名运动员为研究对象,应用血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)、睾酮(T)、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM等生化指标,对运动员冬训过程进行了监控与评定。结果:在冬训期间,男子散打运动员的Hb、BUN、T等指标和冬训前相比没有显著性差异;与冬训初期相比,女运动员除了冬训末期的T显著增高及中期的BUN显著下降外,其余指标均无显著性变化。结论:冬训期间的运动训练负荷安排比较合理,总体上运动员在机能水平有所提高的同时,没有出现训练过度及免疫抑制的情况。运动员部分生化指标的个体差异较大,应建立运动员训练监测的个人档案,进行纵向比较与分析;针对个别免疫力下降或有贫血征兆的运动员,要注意积极预防和治疗。
Objective.. The application of biochemical indexes to training control for China Sanda team during 2006 winter training in order to ensure scientific training. Method:Twenty-two athletes of China sanda team were investigated during winter training and we monitored their biochemical indexes. The testing indexes included Hb, Hct, BUN, CK, T, lgG, IgA, IgM etc. Result ; There were no significant differences between during winter training and before winter train such as Hb, BUN, and T of the male Sanda athletes. There were no significant differences between during winter training and before winter train apart from the T was significantly higher and the mid-BUN decreased significantly outside of the female Sanda athletes. Conclusion.. The training load during winter training is fit for athletes and improves athletes function at the same time. There was no over-training and the situation of immune-suppression. Some athlete's biochemical indexes larger individual differences should be set up to monitor the athletes training in personal files, to conduct a longitudinal comparison and analysis. For individual immunity has anemia signs of decline or the athletes, should pay attention to positive prevention and treatment.
