摘要
以我国优秀蹦床运动员作为研究对象,采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查及数理统计等方法,对成套动作体能各指标进行了分析,初步建立了优秀蹦床运动员成套动作体能结构模型。研究表明,各指标在反映成套动作体能水平上具有不同的重要程度,其中,成套动作高度损失率和成套动作难度的权重最大,其次是成套动作的时间、屈伸速度、空翻速度,成套动作位移的权重最小;成套动作体能结构模型提示,优秀蹦床运动员具有较高的动作难度、较小的高度损失率以及快速空翻与快速打开身体的能力。
Taking China's best trampoline athletes as research subjects, and using the method of literature review, expert interview, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the indexes of physical action sets, initially establishes a high level of fitness action trampoline athletes set structure model. The result shows that the set of indicators reflects the level of fitness Action on a different level of importance, which sets the rate of loss of action and a high degree of difficulty of action sets the weight of the largest, followed by the action sets the time, the speed of flexion and extension, the speed somersault, to move sets of displacement the minimum weight; physical structure of the model set of actions prompted high-level athletes have a high degree of difficulty moves, the smaller the high rate of loss, as well as fast and quick flip open the body.
