我国CBA赛场危机管理预警系统研究

Study on Early Warning System of Crisis Management in China CBA Court

运用危机管理理论,采用文献资料、逻辑分析和定量定性分析的方法,对我国CBA赛场危机管理预警系统进行研究。研究表明,构建CBA赛场危机管理预警系统是现代职业篮球发展、我国CBA发展和危机管理的需要;人才团队、信息畅通、大胆假设是CBA赛场危机管理的基本条件;收集分析和评估危机信息、预测和发布危机内容、监测各种危机的前兆、制定危机预处理方案并进行模拟演练是CBA危机管理预警系统的构建核心。预警信息、危机预测预报、危机监测、危机预处理4个子系统作为CBA危机管理预警系统的具体内容,只有做到有机统一、协调互补,才能发挥其最大管理功效。

This paper, using the method of literature review, logical analysis and quantitative analysis, makes study on early warning system of crisis management in China CBA court. The result shows that constructing CBA early warning syster. of crisis management is the requirement of modern professional basketball. The development and crisis management of Chinese CBA, talented team, flowing information and the bold assumption are the basic conditions of CBA crisis management. Collecting, analyzing and evaluating crisis information, predicting and distributing crisis content, monitoring the various precursor of crises, formulating programs of pretreatment-crisis and simulating exereises are the constructing core of early warning system of CBA crisis management. As the specific content of early warning system, information subsystem, crisis-forecast subsystem, crisis-monitoring subsystem and pretreatment-erisis subsystem must be achieved to an organic unity and coordinated each other, the effectiveness of its management will be maximized.
