摘要
压力传感器试验台检测的数据有偏差,很多都是零点漂移造成的。为此,分析压力传感器试验台在检测中出现零点漂移的原因,找出解决方法。同时对压力传感器试验台测量不确定度进行评定。
The deviation of measurement data from pressure sensor test platform is mainly due to zero drift. By analyzing the causes why zero drift happens during the measurement of pressure sensor test platform, the solution is found. Meanwhile, the measurement uncertainty degree of the pressure sensor test platform is evaluated.
