采用TOFD对薄壁堆焊层裂纹类缺陷的检测

摘要 针对薄壁堆焊结构中为裂纹类缺陷定位定量检测的需要,作者采用TOFD(Time Of Flight Diffraction)缺陷检测系统进行了检测。研究了其超声衍射时间差法的检测特征,对获得的A扫描信号和B、D扫描图像的特征进行了分析和解释。结果表明,该方法可以检测到表面下2~10mm内的垂直裂缝,结合A扫描信号和B、D扫描图像的特征,能够有效地对裂纹状缺陷进行识别、定位和定量。该技术能为堆焊质量评价提供比较可靠准确的信息;具有实用价值。 For the purpose of identify and size Crack-type defects in the structure of surfacing welding, the detection approach of the time of flight diffraction (TOFD) was adopted in this paper. Studied it's detect features,analyzed and interpreted it's characteristics of A-scanning signals and B-scanning, D-scanning images. The results showed that this approach can detect vertical flaws correctly located from 2-10mm under the surface. By combining with A-scanning signals, B-scanning and D-scanning image crack-like defects can be identified, located and quantified effectively. The testing technology is valuable for inspector to estimate the quality of surfacing welding and provide more reliable and accurate information.
