PP/CaCO_3高填充复合体系的增韧研究

摘要 以双螺杆挤出机制备了均聚PP/共聚PP/CaCO3(CaCO3wt.%=50)高填充复合材料,表征了CaCO3粒子在基体中的分散行为及复合体系的结晶形态,研究了共聚PP含量对高填充复合体系的增韧效果。结果表明:在高填充复合体系中,CaCO3粒子呈均匀分散,球晶细化仅有微晶形成;共聚PP含量为20wt.%时,高填充体系在拉伸强度、弯曲强度及耐热性稍微下降的基础上,获得了较为显著的增韧效果。 Polypropylene(PP)/polypropylene copolymer/calcium carbonate (CaCO3) composites (CaCO3 weight ratio=50%) were prepared using a twin screw extruder; the dispersion behavior of CaCO3 particles in the PP matrix and the morphology of the spherical crystals of composites were characterized by optical microscope and polarized optical microscope, respectively. The toughening effect of polypropylene eopolymer on the high filled polypropylene/CaCO3 composites was researched systemically. The CaCO3 particles were dispersed evenly in the polypropylene matrix, only microcrystals could be observed in the high filled PP/CaCO3 composites. Considering the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the composites, the notched impact strength of the high filled polypropylene/CaCO3 composites can be improved obviously when the weight content of polypropylene copolymer in high filled composites was 20 wt.%.
