摘要
采用木粉填充聚氯乙烯(PVC)基木塑复合材料,研究了木粉粒径对复合体系力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着填充PVC木粉粒径的变化,PVC/木塑复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度出现先上升后下降的趋势,这种趋势被PVC/木塑复合材料电镜照片所证实。100目木粉,粒径适中,PVC树脂和木粉界面相容性好,冲击强度和弯曲强度出现最大值。
The influence of the wood powder on the mechanical property of the PVC wood composite was investigated. The results showed that with increasing the size of wood powder, the properties of tensile strength and impact strength were imp roved ,when the size is 100 mesh, the tensile strength and impact strength achieved the maximum.
