摘要
在房地产管理信息及决策支持系统中，房地产销售价格决策是一个重要功能模块，运用模糊理论探讨房地产销售价格决策的问题，并给出实例分析。
The real estate selling price decision is an important function model piece in real estate management information system and decision support system.In this paper,the real estate selling price decision was studied on fuzzy theory and examples were given.
