Strengthen Nursing Management to Prevent Nosocomial Infection

目的加强护理部的感染管理工作,有效地控制医院感染。方法建立医院感染管理组织;全员培训;制定各项规章制度;建立督查制度;开展医院感染学术科研。结果护理人员自觉执行各项操作规程,医院感染管理形成了制度化、规范化,医院感染率显著降低。结论加强护理管理工作,可以有效地预防医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To study the measures of strengthening the nursing management in the nursing department to prevent and control nosocomial infection. METHODS Establishing nosocomial infection management organization; staff training; modifying the related rules and regulations; setting up the supervision and inspection system; and academic research of nosocomial infection were taken. RESULTS All nurses consciously implemented the rules. The systems of nosocomial infection control had developed and standardized and the rate of nosocomial infection have decreased. CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the nursing management in the nursing department could effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection.
