摘要
面对全球化的挑战,教育部在2001年启动了从幼儿园到普通高中的基础教育新课程改革,教科书政策也从"一纲一本"走向了"一纲多本"。本文叙述了我国教科书政策的演进轨迹,分析"一纲多本"教科书政策实施过程中遭遇的现实问题并展望其前景。"一纲多本"教科书政策体现了教育民主的诉求,标示着我国基础教育课程发展进入了新的纪元。
Facing the challenge of globalization, Ministry. of Education launched "the New Curriculum Reform" of basic education from Kindergartens to Secondary Schools in 2001. Thus, the old textbook policy of "One Standard, One version of textbook" has been replaced by the new policy of "One Standard, Multiple Versions of Textbook". This paper describes the evolution of the textbook policy, and analyses the realistic and potential problems which probably appears during the process of carrying out the policy of "One Standard, Multiple Versions of Textbook". This new textbook policy embodies the pursuit of education democracy, symbolizing that the curriculum development of basic education has gone into a new epoch.
