An Analysis of Constructing Professional Standards for School Principals

摘要 制订校长专业标准对于校长的选拔和管理以及促进校长的专业发展具有重要意义。本文结合在深度访谈和座谈会中所收集到的资料,同时借鉴英国中小学校长专业标准,提出了我国制订校长专业标准所应把握的原则及内容框架。 Establishment of standards for school principals is of significance for appointing and assessing school principals. Based on the data collected from interviews with school principals, teachers and educational administrators, as well as the experiences from National Standard for Head teachers in UK, this paper puts forward the professional framework and standards of school principals in China.
