民办教育风险预警机制的构建--基于社会成本的视角

On the Construction of Risk-warning Mechanism in Nongovernmental Education:From the Perspective of Social Cost

对民办学校经营中存在的各种风险政府有责任帮助化解。本文从政策成本、管理成本、政治成本、投资成本、家庭成本、教育成本等视角分析了构建民办教育风险预警机制的必要性,并探讨了在此过程中政府的相应对策与地方政策法规的制度安排问题。

As for all the risks in the operation of nongovernmental schools, the government has the responsibility to evade and dispose. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing Risk-Warning Mechanism from the aspects of policy cost, management cost, politics cost, investment cost, family cost, education cost paid by the society to avoid such risks in nongovernmental schools. It also discusses and offers some suggestions to the strategies of government and＇ local regulations in establishing such mechanism.
