我国普通高校经费筹措的实证研究

Empirical Research of Funds-raising of Colleges and Universities in China

本文介绍了我国高等教育财政政策和普通高校经费结构的变动情况,并在比较中央所属高校与地方所属高校的经费来源结构的基础上,归纳出我国普通高校经费筹措的基本特征,同时指出目前经费筹措存在的问题,最后分析了现有经费来源渠道增加收入的可能性。

This article briefly introduces fiscal policy of higher education and the changes of funds structure in colleges and universities. Then based on the comparison of the funding structure between state-owned and local colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of funds-raising in colleges and universities. It also points out the current problems about funds-raising. Finally, it analyzes the possibility of increasing revenue from the existing funds source.
