高校组织再造:帕累托最优的视角

Organization Reconstruction in Institutions of Higher Education

高校组织再造的目的是改善组织绩效、增强办学实力,但经济利益冲突、权力分配焦虑、交往环境不适、无形资产流失等因素的存在,制约着组织再造目标的实现。本文基于帕累托最优的视角,探讨组织再造实现帕累托最优的可能性。

The purpose of organization reconstruction in institutions of higher education is to improve organizations＇ performance and to strengthen the capability of running schools. There exist some obstacles such as the financial conflict of interest, the anxiety of right distribution, the discomfort of communication environment and the loss of invisible assets, which restrict the realization of organization reconstruction. From the perspective of Pareto Optimality, the paper discusses the possibility and measures of realizing scale benefit of organization reconstruction.
