摘要 环氧化酶-2(COX-2)是体内前列腺素合成的关键酶之一,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,且与肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)也存在关联性,影响肿瘤化疗疗效及转归。了解化疗药物对肿瘤细胞COX-2的影响及与MDR之间的相互作用及调控关系,对于进一步明确MDR形成机制及预防和逆转化疗所致MDR有着重要的意义。 COX-2,one of the key enzymes in the prostaglandin synthesis,is not only closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor,but also has some relevance with MDR of tumor,affects the therapeutic effects and outcomes of tumor chemotherapy.To know the influence of chemotherapeutics upon the COX-2 of tumour cells and the interaction and regulation relationships between chemotherapeutics and MDR,is of great significance to further clarify the formation mechanism of MDR,and the prevent and reverse of the chemotherapy-induced MDR.
