摘要 草方格铺设机构是草方格铺设机器人的重要执行机构,其包括纵向铺设机构和横向铺设机构两大部分。纵向铺设机构利用压草盘将草压入沙中,铺设长度连续、间隔1m的草沙障;横向铺设机构用插刀每隔1m插草一次,在纵向草沙障三个空档中同时插入长度为850~1000mm的草沙障。此机构大大提高了草方格铺设的质量和效率,适合在恶劣的沙漠环境中作业。 The straw-checker paving mechanism, imPortant executive mechanism of the straw-checker paving robot, consists of two parts, longitudinal paving mechanism and lateral paving mechanism. The longitudinal paving mechanism makes use of a press disk to press the grass into the sand with a'continuous grass barrier paved at one,meter intervals. The horizontal paving mechanism inserts the grass once every one meter by using an inserting tool and at the same time inserts grass barriers of 850-1000mm into the three empty spaces of 10ngitudi'nal grass barrier. The mechanism greatly enhances the effectiveness and quality of straw-checker paving operation and is suited to working in adverse desert environment.
