摘要
针对木材数控加工特点,对用于圆弧插补的时间分割法进行了改进,并将其推广至椭圆弧等非圆弧曲线的插补。该插补算法简单,编程容易实现。并以椭圆弧插补为例,对非圆弧曲线插补精度进行了分析,证明其完全能够满足木工加工中心数控系统的要求。
In view of the characteristic of numerical control processing of timber, the time-sharing method used in circular arc interpolation is improved and further extended to non-circular-arc curve interpolation, such as elliptical arc. The interpoiation features simple algorithm and easy programming. With elliptical arc interpolation taken as an example, the precision of non-circular-arc curve interpolation is analyzed, which shows that the interpolation can fully meet the requirements of the CNC system of woodworking center.
