摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定同仁牛黄清心片中芍药苷的含量。方法:以甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(25∶75)为流动相,Symmetry ShieldTM Rp18(3.9mm×150mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.1026~0.5130μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回收率为98.94%,RSD为2.05%。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高可用于同仁牛黄清心片中芍药苷的含量检测。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for quantitave determination of paeoniflorin in Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Tablet. Method: The chromatographic column was Symmetry Shield^TM Rp18 (3.9 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(25:75) with a flow velocity of 0.8 mL·min^-1 . The detection wave-length was 230 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: It was showed that paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship between the concentrations and peak areas in (0.102 6 - 0.513 0)μg, and the average recovery was 98.94% (RSD = 2.05 % ). Conclusion: This procedure is highly sensitive, and easy to be performed, which can be used in the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Tablet.
