摘要
采用RT-PCR技术检测分析了不同浓度的维生素A在猪的成纤维细胞内分别作用12、24和48 h后,视黄素X受体β基因(RXRβ)的表达变化情况。结果表明:不同浓度的维生素A对RXRβ基因的作用效果不同,12 h时,30.0μg.μL-1组可显著诱导RXRβ基因的表达,24 h时,10.0μg.μL-1组可显著诱导RXRβ基因的表达,48 h时,各组与对照组之间不存在差异。
In the present study,RXRβ expression level was detected by RT-PCR in fibroblast cells cultured in different concentration vitamin A media and cultured 1.29.24,48 h, respectively. The results showed that different concentration of vitamin A had different induced effect. 30.0 μg·μL^-1 group could significantly induce RXRβ expression on 12 h, but 10. 0 μg·μL^-1 group was on 24 h,every group had no difference compared with the control group on 48 h.
