摘要
采用生长速率法测定了8种植物丙酮和甲醇提取物对番茄灰霉病原真菌的生物活性。结果表明:多数提取物对番茄灰霉病原真菌有一定的活性;在50×10-3g.mL-1浓度下防风、落叶松和五味子的甲醇提取物的72 h抑制率分别为58.19%、80.41%、77.49%;蝙蝠葛、落叶松枝、落叶松叶、五味子丙酮提取物对病菌的72 h抑制率较高分别为82.26%、76.42%、66.60%。
The bioactivity of methanol and acetone extracts from 8 plants against Botrytis cinerea were tested with growth rate method. The results showed that all plant extracts displayed antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea to some extent. The inhibition rates against Botrytis cinerea of the methanol extracts from Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz)Schischk, Larix gmelinii(Ruprecht) Kuzeneva,Schisandra chinensis(Turcz. )Baill respectively was 58. 19% ,80. 41% ,77. 49% at the concentration of 50×10^-3g·mL^-1 after 72 hours. The inhibition rates against Botrytis cinerea of the acetone extracts from Menispermum. dauricum DC, Larix gmelinii (Ruprecht) Kuzeneva, Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill respectively was 82. 26% ,76.42% ,66. 60% at the concentration of 50×10^-3g·mL^-1 after 72 hours.
