与IVF/ICSI相关基因印记疾病研究进展

摘要
基因印记是表观遗传修饰的一种,基因印记对原始生殖细胞功能、配子成熟、胚胎生长发育、胎盘结构和功能以及出生后生长发育均有重要意义。整个过程中,基因组印记经历了擦除和重建和维持,其中任何一个环节出现错误都可能导致胚胎发育缺陷。IVF/ICSI等辅助生育技术的操作过程可能改变基因印记导致印记紊乱引起相关疾病。
