摘要
运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对建立的车库实体模型进行运动学、动力学仿真,检查车库系统的干涉性以及部件之间的间隙等;对停车库系统的变形、应力应变有较大影响的关键部件,采用柔性体处理,导入ADAMS中进行运动学、动力学仿真,再导入ANSYS进行柔性体的动力分析。应用CAD/CAE设计停车库,摆脱了过去的二维设计及经验设计的局限性。
The paper expounds how kinematics and dynamics of parking system's model is simulated with ADAMS. It also covers how system's interference and gaps among components are checked, and how the components, greatly 'affecting deformation, stress, strain, are flexibly treated. Furthermore, it analyzes the flexible bodies by ANSYS. The application of this approach in CAD/CAE of parking system can eliminate the limitations of 2D and experiential design.
