摘要
介绍了蓄电池叉车的发展状况以及应用,以降压斩波电路为基础分析了调速系统的工作原理,设计出调速系统硬件电路图以及软件流程图,实验证明采用低功耗导通关断全控制型器件MOS管和PWM调速技术的调速控制器具有优越的调速性能,可提高蓄电池叉车的安全性、可靠性和易维修性。
The paper introduces development status and application of battery powered forklift truck and analyzes working principle of speed control system on the basis of buck chopper circuit and, furthermore, expounds how the flow chart of software and the hardware - circuit for the speed control system are designed. Test indicates that the speed control system, using low power MOS and PWM, features a better performance, improved driving safety and reliabiliy, and easier maintenance.
