基于S-N与Paris法的疲劳裂纹扩展规律可靠性分析

摘要 将线弹性断裂力学中Paris公式引入疲劳理论,建立了裂纹扩展规律特征参数的估算方法。将影响结构疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的不确定因素视为随机变量,用可靠性分析理论对裂纹平面结构的断裂过程进行了可靠性分析,通过对随机变量的灵敏度分析,结果表明该方法在估算结构中常见连接形式的扩展特征参数时,参数值相差较小,具有一定的可行性。 The study expounds estimating method, based on combining fatigue theory with Paris formula from elastic fracture mechanics, for characteristics parameters of fatigue crack's expanding law. Taking uncertain factors affecting structural fatigue crack's expanding life as random variables, it analyzes reliability of the fracture process of the crack's pla- nar struture by means of reliability analysis theory. The result from sensitivity analysis of random variables indicates that the parameters values are close to the ones when estimating common crack expansion's characteristic parameters of the structure.
