摘要
《伤寒论》有关"冒"、"目眩"、"眩冒"的条文10余条,其属性有虚寒、实热、水饮及少阳气郁等不同,治疗方法也有下、和、温、清、消等,针药并用,从而体现张仲景辨证论治思想,对指导临床有重要意义。
There were more than 10 items about dizziness in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. The property of dizziness had deficiency-cold, excess-heat, retention of water and stagnation of Qi of Shaoyang. Therapy of dizziness had purgation, mediation, warming, puegation, elimination, acupuncture associated with Chinese herbal medicine. Those reflected the treatment thought of ZHANG Zhong-jing,and guided the clinical treatment.
