My opinion of the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis

骨性关节炎病因为非外邪致病,病机多为年老肝肾亏损致经络骨节"不荣则痛";或痰湿内盛,气血凝滞,经脉闭阻,"不通则痛"所致。治疗应辨病与辨证相结合,并结合辨病位原则用药。

The etiology of osteoarthritis wasn＇t the external cause;the pathogenesis were that the meridians and knee joint are obstraeted which were caused deficiency of liver and kidney or disordered of dampness,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis. The principles of therapy were Combination of identifing disease, symptom and disease-bit.
