An Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Need of Drug Supervisors for the Impartment of Drug Knowledge

目的:分析药品监管人员对药学知识培训需求的影响因素,为合理、有效地开展药品监管人员药学知识的培训提供参考。方法:通过问卷调查的方式获取资料,采用logistic回归模型对资料进行分析。结果和结论:通过单因素非条件logistic回归分析和多因素非条件logistic回归分析发现,影响药品监管人员对药学知识培训需求的因素有地区、机构级别、岗位、工龄、专业类别和学历。

Objective The reference is provided for the impartment of a rational, effective medicinal knowledge to drug supervisors through the analysis of the influencing factors on their need for the impartment of drug knowledge. Method Information is acquired from a questionnaire survey in the use of logistic regression model for.an analysis of data. Result ＆ conclusion Single factor logistic regression . analysis and multifactor logistic regression analysis show that regions, organization ranks, posts, working years, specialties and educational backgrounds are impact factors on the need of drug supervisors for the impartment of drug knowledge.
