摘要
通过对浙江省某三级甲等医院2003年至2009年6年来的人才流失资料进行统计分析,发现流失人才的特点是以年轻、本科、低职称的临床和护理人员为主。通过分析其影响因素,从发展空间、医院管理和薪酬待遇等角度提出了相应的对策。
Statistical analysis is made of the brain drain data of a large third-grade hospital in six years from 2003 to 2009, and it is found that the characteristics of the brain drain consist mainly of clinical and nursing workers with young age, four-year college schooling, and low titles. An analysis of its influencing factors results in corresponding countermeasures in the aspects of room for development, man-centered management, hospital management, and salary and welfare.
