水和土壤中3种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的分析方法 被引量:9

摘要 为准确分析土壤和水样品中氯菊酯、胺菊酯和联苯菊酯的残留量,建立水和土壤样品中氯菊酯、胺菊酯、联苯菊酯3种拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留检测方法。水样经石油醚提取,正己烷定容后可直接检测农药残留(GC—ECD);土壤样品经石油醚/丙酮(2:1,体积比)提取,用弗罗里硅土柱进行净化,丙N/正己烷(1:9,体积比)进行洗脱,正己烷定容后可直接检测农药残留(GC—ECD),采用外标法定量。试验结果表明:3种拟除虫菊酯在水中的添加回收率为92.54%-101.74%(RSD:0.21%~5.92%),在土壤样品中的添加回收率为97.87%。105.51%(RSD:2.75%~10.67%)。该检测方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、净化效果好等特点。 A method for determining residues of permethrin, tetramethrin and bifenthrin in water and soil samples had been developed. Pesticide residues was extracted by petroleum ether from the water sample, and then detected by GCECD. Pesticide residues was extracted by petroleum ether-acetone (2: 1, V/V) mixture from the soid samples, and cleaned up with the florisil column, eluted with acetone-n-hexane ( 1 : 9, V/V), then detected by GC-ECD. The results showed that the recovery rates of three pyrethroid insecticides in water were 92. 54% - 101.74% (RSD: 0. 21% - 5.92% ) , in soil were 97.87% - 105.51% (RSD:2.75% - 10. 67 % ). This method was proved to be easy in operation, high in sensitivity and effective in purification.
