摘要
基于抗原-抗体特异性结合反应的农药免疫学检测技术的发展已经日趋成熟,能够帮助实现农药多残留免疫检测的广谱特异性抗体制备技术成为研究热点之一。本文介绍了农药广谱特异性抗体的原理及其常用的3种制备途径,包括选择共性结构半抗原制备抗体,独特型抗体和重组抗体。并对有机磷、拟除虫菊酯、氨基甲酸酯三大类农药的广谱特异性抗体制备及免疫多残留分析技术的研究现状作一综述。
lmmunochemical analysis of pesticides based on the specific binding of antigens and antibodies were well established in the past years. The techniques of broad specificity antibodies that contribute to realize multi-residue immunoassay have become one of the main directions of the future development. In this review, the principles of broad specificity antibodies for pesticides are introduced and the main approaches to the antibodies development are discussed. Production of the antibodies and establishment of multi-residue immunoassay for organopbosphate, pyrethroid and carbamate pesticides are reviewed.
