黄豆苷元对冠心病患者血清瘦素水平及血小板聚集功能影响

摘要 大量研究证明,瘦素与冠心病(coronary heart disease.CHD)的危险因素如糖尿病、高血压等密切相关:同时,有研究指出冠心病患者表现高瘦素血症,并与冠心病发生独立相关。另一研究显示血清瘦素与CHD关系密切.并且瘦素可能通过增强血小板聚集功能而参与到CHD的发生发展过程中。
