摘要
日本对混凝土质量的控制是全方位、全过程的。从原材料选择、进场验收到存储、配合比选择与试配,从计量、搅拌、运输、浇筑到拌合物验收,在各方面进行过程的控制。与现场留样而到28d后才知晓的强度相比,更重视对拌合物用水量的检验──试配合格的拌合物,只要用水量在允许的偏差范围内,保证施工质量就能符合工程要求。
Japanese Quality Control on Concrete is in the total azimuth and the total process. That is the total process control which comprise of selecting, checking and accepting, depositing the raw materials while entering the building site, selecting mix proportion and trial mixing, measuring, mixing, delivery, placing and checking and accepting, etc. Japanese pay attention to the water content more than strength of concrete sampled in situ, which would not be known till the age of 28d. that is based on the conception for eligible fresh concrete by trial mix, so long as the water content were laid in a accredited bound, and quality of practice were ensured, quality of concrete would be conformed to the requirements of project.
