基于熵权的碾压混凝土坝施工方案多目标决策 被引量:8

摘要 系统分析了碾压混凝土坝施工的特点,将传统的经济评价指标与其他各种"非经济因素"指标综合考虑,并将各种"非经济因素"的定性描述和各专家的经验相结合实现定量化,提出以混凝土施工设备布置、质量保证、施工成本等为控制因素的施工方案评价体系;基于熵权理论和模糊综合评价法,建立了碾压混凝土坝施工方案的多目标决策优选模型.以龙滩碾压混凝土坝施工为例,优选施工方案并应用于工程实践,为碾压混凝土坝施工方案选择提供了借鉴. The characteristics of roller compacted concrete dams construction have been analyzed systematically; meanwhile the traditional economic evaluation indicator and other various "non-economic factors" are considened comprehensively; combining various qualitative description of "non-economic factors" with different experts' experience to realize the quantification is made; an evaluation system of construction plan with factors of construction equipment collocation, quality assurance, construction cost, etc. is proposed. And then, a model of construction plan of roller compacted concrete dam is established based on entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, taking Longtan Project for example, the construction plan of its roller compacted concrete dam is optimized and realized so as to provide valuable references.
