木质素聚醚非离子表面活性剂的合成与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以造纸废液中回收的碱木质素为原料通过与环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷的烷氧化反应,合成了木质素聚醚非离子表面活性剂。得到的产物在不同pH值条件下均具有较好的溶解性,使用红外光谱分析对产物的结构进行了表征,使用紫外光谱定量分析方法测定了产物中木质素的含量,并对其表面活性、亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值、浊点、增容性等性能进行了测试。当n(木质素羟基)∶n(环氧丙烷)为1∶10,产物对苯的增容性能为0.75mL/g,泡沫高度110mm,HLB值为14.7,浊点为42.7℃,木质素聚醚质量分数2.5%时,表面张力可达到37.0mN/m,测试数据证明合成的木质素非离子表面活性剂具有良好的表面活性。 Lignin polyether, a non-ionic surfactant,was synthesized by epoxidization of alkali lignin recovered from pulping waste liquor with epoxypropane and epoxyethan. The obtained product had good solubility under different pH value conditions. The structure of product was identified by IR. The amount of lignin in the product was determined by UV. Surface activity, hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB) value, cloud point and volume-increase performance were also measured. When n( lignin hydroxyl) : n(epoxypropane) was l: 10, volume-increase performance was 0.75 mL/g( to benzene) , foam height was ll0 mm, HLB value was 14.7, cloud point was 42.7℃. Surface tension reached 37.0 mN/m when mass fraction of lignin polyether was 2.5 %. The results showed that this synthesized lignin non-ionic surfactant exhibited good surface activity.
