创业型大学是高等教育系统面对社会变革进行组织转型的产物,从组织文化的角度看,创业型大学是在大学与公司的交叉处产生的特殊高等教育机构。它有着高等教育机构的传统组织文化,学术知识仍然是其核心要素,同时也更多地表现出企业组织的特性。对创业型大学组织特性的分析,有助于我们认清高等教育系统在社会经济变革浪潮中的组织嬗变,也可以为创业型大学内在组织文化冲突的理性解释奠定基础。

Entrepreneurial University is the product of the organizational transform when higher education system faces social revolution. It is the higher education institute that derives from the cross of companies and universities. Entrepreneurial university has traditional organization culture of higher education institute whose core element is still academic knowledge. However, at the same time, it shows features of enterprise organization. The analysis of the organization character of entrepreneurial university will be useful for us to understand the complicated process which is from academic freedom to academic capitalism of higher education institutes in social reforms. And it will also help us to catch the essence of the conflict in organization culture of entrepreneurial university.
