摘要
目的了解绵阳市健康人群血清麻疹抗体水平。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELSIA)测定582例健康人群血清麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果人群麻疹抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶817,阳性率为89.7%,保护率为76.6%。麻疹抗体保护率和GMT在不同地区、不同性别、不同职业和有无接种史人群中都有差异。8月龄以下儿童抗体水平低于其他年龄组,麻疹抗体水平与接种剂次和接种年限无明显相关。结论绵阳市麻疹抗体处在较高水平,已建立有效免疫屏障,对边远山区和散居儿童要适时进行强化免疫,防止发生小规模暴发。
Objective To understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Mianyang City. Methods The measles IgG antibody level of 582 healthy people was detected by ELSIA. Results The mean geometric titer of measles antibody was 1 : 817, the positive rate was 89.7% and the protective rate was 76. 6%. There were significant differences among protection rate and GMT in different areas, sex, occupations and immunization history people. The measles antibody level of children under 8 months old was lower than that of other age groups and had no correlation with immunization frequency and immunization years. Conclusions The measles antibody level of healthy population in Mianyang city is high enough to establish a good immunological barrier. Supplementary immunization should be enhanced in remote areas and transient children in order to avoid small outbreak.
