摘要
探讨由乙酰胆碱受体抗体可变区基因与载体质粒ｐＢｌｕｅｓｃｒｉｐｔ构建的重组质粒中插入子进行核苷酸序列分析的条件及对结果的影响．
The inserts in the recombinant plasmid DNA constructed from heavy chain variable region of antiacetylcholine receptor antibodies and vector plasmid pBluescript M13 SK were analyzed on their nucleotide sequences. The condition and its effects on the results of sequencing were investigated.
