不同精制工艺对四君子汤水提液多糖含量的影响

Effect of different refining methods on the content of polysaccharides in water extract of Sijunzitang

用吸附澄清法与醇沉法处理四君子汤水提液，以酚硫酸法测定多糖含量．结果表明，吸附澄清法保留多糖明显多于醇沉法．

Absorbing and charifying method,and alcoholprecipitation method were used to handle water extract of Sijunzitang.The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenolsulfuric acid method. The result revealed that the content of polysaccharides by absorbing and charifying method was higher than that by alcoholprecipitation method.
