复方白鲜皮散的抗溃疡作用

Effects of compound cortex dictamnion powder on ulcer in rats

采用多种急、慢性胃溃疡模型观察了复方白鲜皮散的抗溃疡作用．结果，复方白鲜皮散对醋酸型、消炎痛型、酒精型、幽门结扎型溃疡有明显的对抗作用，复方白鲜皮散４ｇ／ｋｇ能明显的抑制胃蛋白酶活性和增加胃壁粘液分泌量，而对胃液量及胃酸度则无明显影响．

Effects of compound cortex dictamni powder on gastric ulcer were studied in several kinds of experimental models. The results showed that compound cortex dictamni powder significantly inhibited the formation of gastric ulcers induced by acetic acid, indomethacine, alcohol and plylorusligation in rats.Compound cortex dictamni powder at a dose of 4g/kg significantly decreased the pepsinase activity, increased the secretion of gastric wall mucus, but it lacks efficacy in secretions of gastric juice and gastric acid.
