摘要
江阴市月城镇控制性详细规划是规划设计的一次新的尝试,在对月城镇"水文章"的专题研究基础上,运用了国家科技部"十五"科技攻关项目的科研成果《小城镇规划技术指标体系》,创新性地进行城镇风貌设计,从整体空间形态着手,进行自然和人工的最佳组合,指导城镇控制规划设计,塑造现代江南水乡特色的城镇新风貌,为月城镇的经济社会发展提供更好的空间载体,也使规划管理部门操作更直观、更规范化。
The regulatory detailed planning of Yuecheng town in Jiangyin city is a new attempt. This paper studies the water system in the town firstly. Using the Technical Index System of Small Town Planning which is the achievement of the science and technological projects in the 10th Five Year Plan of the Technology Ministry, it makes scenic planning and design of the town. Starting from the general spatial form of the town, it integrate the natural and man-made elements in order to develop a new look of the town with local characteristics of South China, therefore, it would guide the regulatory detailed planning and provide better space for the social and economic development of the town.
