摘要
以V2O5粉末为原料,采用熔融-溶胶及冷冻干燥法制备钒氧前驱体,经氢还原处理制备纳米VO2粉末。用X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)及傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)等测试手段对纳米VO2粉末的理化特性进行表征,考察了氢气流量、还原温度及还原时间等因素对纳米VO2粉末制备的影响,结果表明:当还原温度为350℃,氢气流量为0.1L/min,氩气流量为0.33L/min,保温还原3.5h并冷却后,制备的VO2颗粒径在10-30nm。
This paper investigated a new preparation process of the nano-VO2 powderes based on inorganic sol, freeze drying and deoxidized annealing process through raw material of V2O5 powder. The properties of nano-VO2 powder was characterized by SEM,XRD,FTIR etc. In this paper, we will emphatically discuss the technical conditions of deoxidized annealing process, witch mostly influence the shapes and purity of nano- VO2 powderes. The results showed that in such condition: deoxidized temperature at 350℃, hydrogen flux at 0.1L/min, argon flux at 0.33L/min, heat preservation 3.5h , the particle diameter of the nano-VO2 powderes is during 10-30nm.
