摘要
在文献研究、深度访谈、焦点小组和问卷调查分析的基础上,通过对422份有效数据进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,得出我国企业人力资源管理伦理包含4个维度:民主管理、公平公正、诚实信用、以人为本,并提出了人力资源管理伦理建设的思路及后续研究方向。
On the basis of literature study, in-depth interviews, focus groups and survey analysis, and the analysis of exploratory factors and confirmatiory factors based on 422 valid data, four dimensions of human resources management ethics in Chinese enterprises were worked out, which include democratic manage- ment, impartiality and justice, honesty and credit, people-orientation. Ideas for construction of human resources management ethics were provided and directions for folio-up study were pointed out.
